Call Center Agent Hiring in Alabang (Financial Account)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To accommodate order & service requests, online payment
  • To assist customers with new account applications, account verification, queries, etc.
  • To route calls only when necessary
  • To attend to balance inquiries, payment settlement and basic technical concerns

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess good English communication skills
  • No experience required; BPO or customer facing experience an advantage
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Alabang (Onsite)
