Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation based on their preferences and budget.
Provide up-to-date information on travel regulations, visa requirements, and COVID-19 protocols to ensure seamless and compliant travel experiences.
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special requests promptly while minimizing penalties and maximizing client satisfaction.
Offer personalized travel recommendations, packages, and upgrades to enhance customer experience and encourage repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and transactions in the booking system for future reference and quality service.
Resolve travel-related issues such as delays, overbookings, or missed connections with urgency and professionalism to protect the client’s itinerary.
Stay informed about destination trends, airline policies, and seasonal offers to provide clients with the best travel options and deals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, both verbally and in writing, to understand their travel needs and provide accurate information.
Customer Service Expertise: A friendly, patient, and service-oriented attitude is essential. Should be able to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and last-minute changes with ease and courtesy.
Knowledge of Travel Industry: Familiarity with airline, hotel, cruise, and tour booking systems. Understanding of travel regulations, visa requirements, and popular destinations is a strong advantage.
Attention to Detail: Must accurately input travel data, check itineraries, confirm bookings, and avoid costly errors in ticketing or scheduling.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings, stay on top of deadlines, and keep records organized while working in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy with Booking Tools: Proficiency in GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and online booking engines. Should be comfortable using computers, email, and CRM systems.
