Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Quezon City site

Job Descriptions:

– Follow standard operations and procedures.
– Recognize and escalate priority problems in accordance with Client standards.
– Ensure one call resolution prioritizing customer satisfaction.
– Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.

Qualifications:

– High School Graduates are accepted.

– College Graduates to any course are welcome to apply.

– No BPO Experience applicants are accepted.

– Must be 18 years old and above (No age limit)
– Good to Excellent English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Office work.
