As a Healthcare Representative in our Non-Voice campaign, you will assist clients through chat and email, ensuring efficient communication and excellent service quality.
Respond to patient and customer inquiries through chat and email channels
Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, billing, and appointments
Assist in resolving issues related to claims, insurance, and service coverage
Update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations
Escalate concerns to the proper departments when necessary
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation
Follow company processes and security protocols at all times
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
To be considered for this Healthcare Representative position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Salary: Earn up to PHP 25,000
