Responsibilities – Healthcare Representative (Non-Voice Account)

As a Healthcare Representative in our Non-Voice campaign, you will assist clients through chat and email, ensuring efficient communication and excellent service quality.

  • Respond to patient and customer inquiries through chat and email channels

  • Provide accurate information regarding healthcare services, billing, and appointments

  • Assist in resolving issues related to claims, insurance, and service coverage

  • Update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations

  • Escalate concerns to the proper departments when necessary

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation

  • Follow company processes and security protocols at all times

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications – Who We're Looking For

To be considered for this Healthcare Representative position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 1 month of BPO experience, preferably in a non-voice account 
  • Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or higher
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Amenable to day or night shifts
  • Excellent written communication and comprehension skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
