Job Descriptions:

– Provide quality content and case settlement with reference to plan coverage and accounts.
– Provide consistent , outstanding support to every customer by utilizing all available equipment and resources.
– Receive incoming messages or calls from participants.
– Performs customer service and account service of each client.

Qualifications:

– High School Graduates are accepted.
– No BPO Experience applicants are accepted.
– Fluent in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Office work.
