Join our growing retail support team and assist customers with shopping inquiries, purchases, returns, and exchanges while delivering excellent customer service experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate product, pricing, and order information
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions
  • Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
  • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

Schedule & Training:

  • Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Paid training on retail systems, tools, and company processes

Requirements:

  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-focused and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Applicants with customer-facing experience are highly encouraged to apply (retail staff, mall sales associate, cashier, food service crew, hospitality, sales, front desk, or similar roles)
