Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate product, pricing, and order information
- Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and interactions
- Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on retail systems, tools, and company processes
Requirements:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Applicants with customer-facing experience are highly encouraged to apply (retail staff, mall sales associate, cashier, food service crew, hospitality, sales, front desk, or similar roles)
