Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about services, processes, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and account updates
- Escalate unresolved or complex concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on company systems, tools, and customer service best practices
Requirements:
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with basic computer and multitasking skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Applicants with customer-facing experience are highly encouraged to apply (retail, hospitality, food service, sales, cashier, front desk, service crew, or similar roles)
