Job Overview

As a Chat Support / Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers through live chat and messaging platforms. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate information without voice calls, ensuring fast and efficient digital customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and messaging platforms

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account concerns

• Assist customers with troubleshooting and basic issue resolution

• Process requests such as updates, tracking, and account changes

• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate teams

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Deliver fast, clear, and professional written communication

• Meet quality and performance targets

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates and applicants with no BPO experience

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate

• Strong written English communication skills

• Customer-focused and detail-oriented

• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability

• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila

• Open to shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Training & Schedule

Paid training from Day 1 with full onboarding support. Shifting schedules depending on account assignment in a fast-paced but guided environment.
