Join our healthcare support team and assist patients and clients with healthcare-related inquiries, insurance concerns, claims processing, and service support while delivering accurate and compassionate customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient and client inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide guidance regarding healthcare services, insurance claims, and coverage information
- Assist with form submissions, claim follow-ups, and account concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates in the system
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on healthcare systems, tools, and company processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Applicants with customer-facing or healthcare-related experience are encouraged to apply (clinic staff, pharmacy assistant, caregiver, hospitality, retail, cashier, front desk, or similar roles)
