Join our financial services support team and assist clients with account inquiries, billing concerns, payments, and transactions while providing accurate and professional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist clients with payments, billing concerns, account updates, and transaction-related concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions and account updates in the system
- Escalate complex or sensitive concerns to supervisors when necessary
- Maintain productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training:
- Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Paid training on financial systems, tools, and company processes
Requirements:
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level or graduate preferred)
- At least 6 months of BPO experience required
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Experience in customer-facing, banking, retail, or financial-related roles is an advantage
