We are looking for customer-focused individuals to assist guests with hotel bookings, reservation changes, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries while providing smooth and professional customer service experiences.

Responsibilities:

Handle reservation inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Assist guests with booking, modification, and cancellation requests
Provide accurate hotel details, pricing, room availability, and amenities
Document customer interactions and updates in the system
Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary
Maintain customer satisfaction and quality performance standards

Schedule & Training:

Shifting schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on hotel reservation systems and company processes

Requirements:

At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Strong English communication skills
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
Applicants with customer-facing experience are highly encouraged to apply (hospitality, hotel front desk, retail, food service, sales, cashier, or similar roles)
