We're looking for a Call Center Agent | Nonvoice - Quezon City

Responsibilities – Call Center Agent (Non-Voice Account)

  • Answer customer queries via chat and email in a clear, concise manner

  • Provide support on product/service inquiries, billing issues, or technical concerns

  • Document customer concerns and actions taken in CRM systems

  • Ensure proper escalation procedures for unresolved issues

  • Multitask effectively by handling several chats simultaneously without compromising quality

  • Adhere to account-specific processes and compliance standards

  • Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics

  • Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (non-voice or voice welcome)

  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City

  • Can work night shift or shifting schedules including weekends

  • Strong written English communication and comprehension skills

  • Proficiency in multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
