Answer customer queries via chat and email in a clear, concise manner
Provide support on product/service inquiries, billing issues, or technical concerns
Document customer concerns and actions taken in CRM systems
Ensure proper escalation procedures for unresolved issues
Multitask effectively by handling several chats simultaneously without compromising quality
Adhere to account-specific processes and compliance standards
Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics
Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times
Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (non-voice or voice welcome)
High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or ALS Graduate
Must be willing to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City
Can work night shift or shifting schedules including weekends
Strong written English communication and comprehension skills
Proficiency in multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Salary: Up to PHP 21,000 monthly
