Responsibilities – Call Center Agent (Non-Voice Account)

As a Call Center Agent handling a non-voice account, you will support customers through written communication channels such as email and live chat. Your primary goal is to provide accurate, timely, and helpful responses to client inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answer customer queries via chat and email in a clear, concise manner

  • Provide support on product/service inquiries, billing issues, or technical concerns

  • Document customer concerns and actions taken in CRM systems

  • Ensure proper escalation procedures for unresolved issues

  • Multitask effectively by handling several chats simultaneously without compromising quality

  • Adhere to account-specific processes and compliance standards

  • Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics

  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (non-voice or voice welcome)

  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muñoz, Quezon City

  • Can work night shift or shifting schedules including weekends

  • Strong written English communication and comprehension skills
