High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS graduate (New Curriculum).
Willing to work onsite at our Cubao, Quezon City location.
Available for flexible shifts, including day or night shifts.
Excellent written English communication skills with attention to grammar and tone.
Strong multitasking abilities and fast typing speed (at least 35 WPM).
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously.
Reliable and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, chat, or email regarding patient support, eligibility, benefits verification, and healthcare services.
Provide accurate and professional assistance for claims processing, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and other healthcare-related requests.
Coordinate with medical partners, internal teams, and support departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Document all interactions clearly and consistently in the CRM system for compliance, tracking, and escalation purposes.
Follow healthcare guidelines, standard procedures, and HIPAA-aligned protocols to maintain secure and confidential support.
Escalate complex or urgent patient and healthcare service concerns to the appropriate teams for faster resolution.
Continuously learn new systems, processes, and updates to improve efficiency and provide accurate information.
Maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic approach to deliver excellent service to all patients and clients.
Clear and confident communication skills for voice accounts, and excellent written English & typing skills for non-voice support.
Ability to understand patient or member concerns quickly and respond professionally through calls, chat, or email.
Patience, empathy, and calmness, especially when handling sensitive healthcare concerns.
Typing speed of 30–45 WPM with high accuracy for non-voice roles to ensure efficient case handling.
Comfortable using CRM tools, healthcare systems, chat platforms, and email systems.
Quick learner who can adapt to new processes, systems, and client requirements.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Commitment to follow healthcare protocols and HIPAA-aligned procedures while providing secure and reliable support.
