Your Day to Day :

  • Handle inquiries via chat, email, or calls regarding patient support, eligibility, benefits verification, and healthcare service concerns.

  • Assist with processing claims, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and other healthcare-related requests accurately and professionally.

  • Coordinate with medical partners, internal teams, and support departments to ensure timely updates and resolutions.

  • Document all interactions clearly for compliance, tracking, and escalation needs.

  • Follow healthcare guidelines, standard procedures, and HIPAA-aligned protocols to provide secure and consistent support.

  • Escalate complex patient or healthcare service issues to the appropriate teams for fast and efficient resolution.

What You Need :

  •  Clear and confident communication for voice accounts; excellent written English and typing skills for non-voice healthcare support.
  •  Ability to understand patient or member concerns quickly and respond professionally, whether via calls or written messages.
  • Must be patient, empathetic, and calm, especially when handling sensitive healthcare concerns.
  • For non-voice roles, 30–45 WPM with high accuracy is preferred to ensure efficient case handling.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, healthcare systems, chat platforms, email systems, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Able to multitask, learn new systems quickly, and adapt to changing healthcare processes and client requirements.
