Your Day to Day :

  • Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues across various channels.
  • Offer accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Follow call center scripts and compliance procedures when required

  • Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements to products/services

  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
  • Route calls to appropriate departments or escalate when necessary

What You Need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stay calm and handle pressure or upset customers

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, call center equipment, or relevant software

  • Fast typing skills and good data entry accuracy

  • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to follow instructions, scripts, and procedures

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays

  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
